Control systerm:imported PLC control system,WYSWYG man-machine interface.Touch screen LCD display.
1. The whole production process starting from batching to the fresh product can be designed and controlled through PLC computer for different level of automation.
2. Equipment for storage material and dis charge material,use computer to feed material,ensuring even material feeding whch the final product is of high and even density.
3. Feeder part use initiative force arch-broke high speed centrifugal to feed material,on the condition of feeder bar feed material evenly,can be make the thin-product.
4. Face feeder part and assembled face feeder machine,can be assembled depend on the product requirement.
